General Construction and Building Work

Spaflow will undertake the full range of construction and building work for new buildings refurbishment and fit-out works, including a full “Design and Build” service from our in-house architectural and services CAD design office.

We will also undertake all negotiations with the Statutory and Planning Authorities and Utility Companies to provide the client with a total service.

Spaflow has a particular interest in historic, listed or other unusual projects.

Drainage Construction and Remedial Work

Spaflow has many years experience in all aspects of drainage work, including the design and installation of new foul, surface and process drainage systems on public and private developments and including gravity and pumped installations.

In conjunction with their drainage CCTV survey and jetting work Spaflow offers a full drainage repair and rehabilitation service including traditional dig and install techniques and the advanced “no dig” technology of pipe re-lining with in-situ formed, pressure grouting or slip lining processes.

Our organisation has specific experience of drainage work in association with railway premises, particularly underground stations and track drainage installations; the associated requirements and difficulties which are encountered are understood and managed by our teams which are fully trained to appropriate standards.

Spaflow has developed and manufactures a range of specialised and approved products to assist in the construction and repair of railway drainage systems, for use where standard products are inappropriate.
